I was not happy about my stay here. We were put in a room near construction and the noise woke us up at 8:00 Saturday morning. This was my birthday weekend and it was ruined. The only compensation offered by the hotel was 4 water park tickets

It is actually in a good location and we notice a lot of security all around so that was comforting. We had a 3 bedroom villa the first 3 days and really liked that one.

To begin with the front desk attendants..excellent costumer service.the room was so clean and had a amazing view.i always choose this hotel everytime i travel to Kissimmee..its the Best..Honestly!!!

The amenities were a very nice touch. My teens loved the bike rental and the movie theater. I appreciated the upgrade because of my villa being very unsatisfactory.

My mother was pleased her stay and the convenience of the location. Although she was there because of accessibility to Osceola Regional Hospital. She admired all the activities within resort.

The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and had 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryers were free to use. Pools and Jacuzzis were very clean and free of debris.

My Key didnt work, I had to walk far to get to the front desk , to keep resting my key, it was horrible, the bathroom was vey dirty. They said some one was going to come clean it. Never showed up. You press o for front desk. No one pick up.
